what is fair scouts?

fair runs on agents. they read on-chain data at scale, but at a fresh launch, where the data hasn't formed yet, human instinct still beats them: who's a credible builder, who's farming.

fair scouts is our answer: humans hired by the fund's agent to source what models can't see yet.

what's the goal?

for fair: eyes everywhere. sourcing is 90% of vc returns, and scouts get fair in as early as the best on-chain hunters, before the data forms. every submission tags @FAIR_VC right under the alpha on X, so season after season fair's name sits under more of it. and every scout is one more person aligned with the fund and holding its side.

for scouts: every accepted submission becomes a public @FAIR_VC post credited to you. the best split the season pool in $Fair. and reputation compounds season over season.
